KERN CONCEPT
We bring a breath of modern flavours to Rača in line with popular classics. Our aim is to introduce the joy of food, quality ingredients and honest craftsmanship to as wide an audience as possible. We want our selection to offer a harmony between the modern and traditional worlds of taste. The name KERN means core and is therefore meant to be a hub where friends, colleagues or families come together, regardless of preference. Our aim is to make a visit to KERN an experience for everyone.

CONCEPT OF SPACE
The interior of the restaurant evokes a warm and welcoming atmosphere in harmony with the surrounding residential complex Rínok Rača. Natural materials and warm tones are used, the space is complemented by wine-themed paintings by Hermann Armin von Kern. KITCHEN CONCEPT
The restaurant offers different types of seating with optical partitions, while paying attention to details and wine tradition. The historic façade with a set of circular windows is reflected in the interior.The name KERN refers to the wine tradition of Raca (kernel - kernel) and is meant to be easy to remember, as well as the experience of visiting our premises.
